The hotel had helpful staff and great breakfast options. the location was also convenient, with interesting artwork and relaxing amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. the room and hotel were kept clean and offered comfortable amenities like comfortable chairs in the garden. the bathroom had all necessary amenities, and the view was enjoyable from outside.

The hotel lacked sufficient lighting options that were easy to use. the light switches were too advanced and required unscrewing bulbs to achieve desired lighting settings.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxury hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that our every need was met. The room was cozy and warm, with a lovely view of the garden. The bed was comfortable and provided for a great night's sleep.

My New Year's experience was dampened by the lackluster amenities. The jacuzzi was not properly functioning and the sauna was out of order. The staff did not seem interested in tending to these facilities. Additionally, the decor was outdated and in need of a modern touch. while the hotel had some redeeming qualities, I would not recommend it for any special occasions or holidays.
